Product Description

The biggest factor to consider in motocross training is you need to train the body to withstand what the body experiences on race days. So many riders just don’t “cut the mustard” when it comes to knowing how to train for motocross.

This program will challenge you;

  1. Mentally
  2. Physically

The most important factor left out of training for motocross is your Cognitive Skills.

Cognitive skills are the core skills your brain uses to think, learn, remember, reason, and pay attention when on the bike. Working these skills together with physical and mental training, you will learn to take incoming information and move it into the bank of knowledge you use every time you are on the track racing.

What looks simple on paper, can be very challenging when performing the session.

The general feedback Shaun receives from riders is how simple the movements are, but when combined together they are extremely challenging, physically and mentally.
